Have You Noticed The Recent Change in the Twitter Algorithm With Its Notifications?

I’ve noticed this change since Elon Musk entered the picture. My desktop Twitter seems to be unchanged, BUT my cellphone notifications have been odd.

Is this part of the new “free speech” or “diverse viewpoints” direction Twitter wants to take?
